Fentonbury and Westerway
TasWater built a new water treatment plant (WTP) at the existing Fentonbury service reservoir site to provide the two towns with water that meets Australian Drinking Water Guidelines. Water is extracted from the Lake Fenton pipeline before being treated and stored in a new 700 kilolitre clear water storage (CWS) ahead of being distributed to residents using the existing water pipe system.
